A shift plan for a daily hunt or a weekly board: first two hours, the afternoon slump, and what not to automate.

What to prepare
- First-comment draft in a sticky note
- Try-path URL tested on a phone
- Someone who can cover Slack/email so you stay in the thread
Resources
- First-launch ranking
Fewer rooms so you can actually sit in comments.
- Uneed — submit / queue
Daily board. Free queue can take weeks. Unique copy.
- Peerlist Launchpad
Weekly Monday launch. Complete the profile first.
Hours 0–2
Post the first comment. Pin the try path. Answer every question with a sentence a stranger could use. Do not drop a coupon in the first reply unless someone asked about price.
The afternoon
Daily boards die if you vanish. Set a 25-minute timer, scan new comments, go back to work. On weekly boards, Thursday still matters. A founder who answers on day four looks like they meant it.
Do not
Buy votes. Stack a second all-day hunt. Paste the same reply. Argue with people who will not try the product. Those are how you spend the only resource that matters.
- No second daily board this morning
- No 'support us' DMs to everyone you know — ask a small list you already told
