File BetaList and Uneed. Write the kit. Complete Peerlist. Do not announce anything. The work is latency.

Finish screenshots. Draft the first comment. Tell ten people the Monday, not the internet. If Smol Launch slots open, grab one.
Launch week (Monday–Sunday)
Peerlist goes live Monday. Stay in comments daily. DevHunt, EarlyHunt, or IndieHunt can share this week. Do not also run Product Hunt or a second all-day daily hunt on Monday.
If Uneed's assigned day falls in this week, treat it as Tuesday–Thursday, not Monday morning. Aura++ is the same kind of extra day — park it on a quiet weekday after the kit is already written.
Week +1
Write down the sentence hunters used. That is the Product Hunt tagline. Optional extra daily (Hunt0, Aura++, Tiny Startups) on a quiet day. Product Hunt only if the story is now specific and a small owned audience exists.
