Where to submit a startup before it launches
Pre-launch is a different sport. You are collecting emails and a public URL before a public spike. Daily leaderboards are the wrong tool until the product is tryable.
Submit the slow queues first. Everything else can follow in a two-day batch of other launch boards.
Criteria: Fit for unreleased products, queue reality, and SEO value.
What to prepare
- Waitlist URL with a clear 'what you get by being early'
- Mockups or a short video if the product is not clickable yet
- Unique copy for BetaList vs Launching Next — they both get crawled
- A public date you can actually hit; the free BetaList queue is often 4–6 weeks
Run this sequence
- File BetaList the week the waitlist exists.
- Add Launching Next and Launching Pad the same afternoon.
- Submit Uneed so the daily hunt lands during public week, not during the waitlist.
- Do not run a daily leaderboard until strangers can try the product.
